At MadFits, we want you to love your style, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. If your fit isn't perfect, we are here to help you find the right size or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
